Mette, 62 — All-on-4 Full Mouth Restoration

Mette had been wearing a full upper denture for 12 years and was experiencing serious comfort issues due to denture displacement. Assessments she had received in Norway had ruled out implants because of “insufficient bone density.” After contacting Veskedent, an All-on-4 treatment was planned following a 3D tomography.

Surgical Plan

The assessment by Dr. Serdal Veske produced a treatment plan that did not require bone grafting, using an angled implant-placement technique. Four Straumann implants were placed in the upper jaw; a fixed temporary prosthesis was fitted in the same session.

Outcome

Mette left our clinic with fixed teeth on the same day. After osseointegration was completed six months later, the permanent zirconia prosthesis was delivered on her second trip to Norway.
